Unpleasant experience unfortunately. My daughter is 9 but I was questioned on her age on arrival, and Im sure not believed, as was told that she looked older. This happened in front of another customer whose hair Serline was blow drying. Thought it was a strange question but realised she probably thought I was trying to get a cheaper cut! She then kept asking my 9 year old questions instead of me such and the length to be cut.Poor haircut in the end and my daughter felt uncomfortable throughout

This was my 3rd haircut with Vesi. I live in America and I try to coordinate haircuts with my trips to London. Vesi remembered me, she was empathetic, knowledgeable and interested in my hair problem (extensive loss and turning white). She gave good advice and looked for pictures for how we could add some color on my next trip. I needed a smart trim to keep my hair looking good while it is growing back in and I am delighted with the result. The assistant who washed my hair was also lovely
