I've returned to this venue for years.
Usually the service has been/is good. However last time, the majority of the experience was poor. I arrived early and was the only customer there. The young woman who washed my hair was good. But the stylist herself was late by some time with no apology, having been sat in the garden smoking, on her phone and drinking coffee. I felt the stylist gave no time to listen and the cut itself was poorly executed.

Lovely haircut and blow dry with Shiv. Listened to what I wanted but also offered expertise and took time to make the blow dry perfect as I had a special occasion that evening.
