Down hill since management had changed. Second time I’ve been double booked at this venue, waited 45 minutes as a result and took off my own nail polish while I was waiting and then they still charged me for gel removal. Manager was unaccomodating and said she doesn’t do refunds but previous manager Abbey has done this before. Have been going here for 3 years but after over charging me twice, kept me waiting 45 minutes+ after double booking me on two occasions I think I will go elsewhere.

Very happy with the brow waxing at this salon and it is in such a convenient position even if you only have a quick few minutes doing other things in the centre of town.
