I’m so sad to leave such a poor review. I’ve visited this salon since it opened ns have recommended so many locals to it. This time, i wasnt even greeted, i was just asked ‘what are you having?’ Then taking in to a really dimly lit room for underarm hot wax. I was told to undress, lay down etc. Just left with the door open. There was no talking at all. Until the end when i had to ask the therapist to repeat the treatment a further two times as I was not hair free. I’m still not now but gave up hope. The other rooms were available so could easily have been waxed in a room where she could see. So so upset that this lovely little salon has gone downhill. I really hope the owners know and read this as it can be salvaged!
