I booked my appointment but an hour before I received a call to change my appointment. I had a very busy day due to the Christmas holidays so it was convenient but she kept on with various times that wasn’t suitable so I had no choice but to cancel. If I was called the day before then I may have been able to do something but not at such late notice. I shouldn’t have booked in the first place as I went there once before and they weren’t ready and then the lady kept checking her phone whilst trying to give me a massage. I really wouldn’t recommend this place

I came here to get my shellac removed but once I’d left I still had bits on my nails and the base coat was still there. Nails were left rough and bumpy because of this and I had to finish them off at home.
