There is always an issue with booking this salon on treatwell. Before my eyelash appointment was rushed because the staff wanted to close the shop despite me arriving on time for my appointment. This time I arrived at 5.20 on time for my appointment to be told by the beautician that they closed at 5.30 and they needed to cash up and that I was late despite me arriving on time and again it was completely rushed. The owner wants to sort out the customer service of the staff, all they want to do is rush out the door. Alternatively, do not allow treatwell bookings so close to closing time. It is a shame because it is actually quite a nice salon.
