I've been to this place a few times now and never had an issue, but I didn't really enjoy my last experience. I had to re-iterate, twice, that I wasn't having a Hollywood. She wasn't very gentle with it either so it was a little painful (I've been having bikini waxes for years and never had an issue). On the leg wax she missed a few patches and I can still feel hair. And I had residual wax left over on my legs. The layout of the rooms is such that if anyone happens to be walking down the corridor as you're getting undressed/dressed, they can see you.
