Absolutely gutted by this place despite the good reviews. The bad reviews though unfortunately seemed to be true. The staff were rude, ignorant and blatantly disrespectful of what I wanted. The nail gel application is sloppy, I went in with all same length nails and came out with different lengths and jagged edges. My eyebrows are a mess and there is no cleanleyness. The tools were not cleaned period the previous client.
