I've been to this place a few times now and never had an issue but it seems to be going downhill. I turned up to my appointment and there was one member of staff on her own, so she had to lock us in to do my waxing. The rooms where the waxing is done are laid out badly. If anyone happens to be walking down the corridor while you're getting undressed/dressed, they can see you. My waxing seemed rushed (probably because she was on her own and nobody else could get in the shop as she'd locked us in!). As a result, I can still feel hair on my legs and there were clumps of wax left in my pubic hair (I had an 'extended bikini wax'), which I had to cut out with scissors! And it wasn't 'extended' in my opinion (I've been getting bikini waxes for years and years). It was also painful, which shouldn't really be the case with hot wax. Also, aren't beauty salons meant to be relaxing? She had the radio on some godawful radio station playing rap/grime/R&B! Think it's time to move on from this place! £35 for a half-hearted lacklustre experience is not worth it.
