The lady kept stopping to check her phone or massaging with one hand whilst playing with her phone. It wasn’t relaxing at all. The therapist told me after that she had a sore hand from another day... I don’t want her to be in pain but the appointment shouldn’t have been taken as I paid for a treatment which the therapist was not fit to do.
