I booked my monthly eyebrow appointment by calling the number. The price for such service has usually been around 5 pounds. I was not informed of any inflation on this. Upon payment after a brilliant service, I was informed it is now 7.50. I said that I was not told about this. The response was that if I booked via phone I was meant to be informed beforehand. Its a shame as I want to continue to go here but do not believe the new pricing is appropriate for such a small and quick service.
