I used to do my eyebrows with different lady and she was perfect, but this time she wasn’t there when I booked for a full face threading including eyebrows.. I asked the lady to keep the shape of my eyebrows as it is and as thick as possible (noting that my eyebrows are thick) , I end up with a thin eyebrows !! And then she advised me to wax my face instead of threading and I end up with few burns in my cheeks for 4 days and I’m afraid that I might get permanent scars

Did not maintain client dignity. During treatment opened door wide open when half dressed and another customer was outside the door. No apology. Dirty, sticky floor - first appointment of the day. Spent treatment staring at a leak on the ceiling including around lights. When arrived was told the appointment time I had been given was inconvenient. Ask to speak to the manager about experience who failed to ring back when said she would. She said the problem was with my expectations!
