Went into shop and attempted to rearrange treatment. Was told they couldn’t access the bookings? Unsure how they would know when and what they had arranged for the day. Was assured that if I left my name and number I would get a call to rearrange this pre paid appointment. Received no call and have since called back four times and left multiple messages with no response! As booked via Treatwell I was charged for no treatment
