I had gel from another salon so paid the £12 removal, making my manicure £53.50 altogether. The filing was so aggressive that my fingers are cut and painful - I mentioned this during the appointment. The gel polish is all bubbly and not smooth at all. I have never been so disappointed for such a high cost. I have contacted the salon for removal and a refund - hoping they will at least offer this.
