Can't complain but not raving about it either. Place could use a deep clean - dusty floor and grey-looking chairs. Staff were friendly enough but it was a no frills manicure - no soak or cuticle softener, a brief file (which left sharp corners) and quick buff. Gel polish looks ok but lots of excess polish under and on the edges of my nails and is too thick in places. You do get to take the file they use as well as a bottle of cuticle oil which is great.
