I really don't like leaving bad reviews but I feel like I have to after having a not so great wax. The main problem was that the therapist double dipped the whole time - uggghhh! So unhygienic, especially for a salon that makes a big song and dance about hygiene. Yes, I should have said something at the time, but it is a big awkward when lying there with everything out! It wouldn't have made a difference anyway, the wax would already be contaminated from previous use. I will not be getting a wax here again and will stick my my usual place which is moments down the road from here. A real shame as the staff here are so lovely.
