This is the 3rd or 4th time visiting and it is not consistent. I go as it's a convenient location. First time was great, what I asked for and friendly lady. Second time, very uneven but sorted myself. Last time (yesterday), i was in for no more than 5 mins (great but why), wasn't asked if if it was okay, paid and got home to basically have little removed from what was asked and am now going to have to shave anyway... Next time I will be more vocal but be warned you have to be
