Have been here a few times but this time was not as positive as prior experiences. The music was not relaxing - would have preferred radio off personally. I booked last min so the room was not ready. That was OK but it was distracting to have someone clean up in the room mid treatment. I had an eyelash tint, and not sure how but some did manage to get on my cheek and in between my nose.Wasn’t a major deal, just didn’t land right this time for whatever reason.
