I was expecting a cleaner room and, also, when the therapist left the door was opened wide with no concern about who might be outside the door which was quite alarming. I would also have anticipated tweezers at the end of the treatment, to remove smaller/shorter hairs but this did not happen. I was left with wax on my body, too.
