Wow! I absolutely love Bare All and really enjoy all of my visits to see Lucy! She gives a personal experience which is lovely to see as nowadays that can be a rare thing! Nothing is ever too much trouble, she makes me feel so comfortable and secure. Lucy delivers her treatments to an extremely high and professional standard. I have been to many salons across Essex, having various waxing treatments, trying to find 'the one', and Lucy's Bare All really does excel above the rest, for all the reasons I have mentioned above...and believe it or not her waxing doesn't seem to hurt, and I am a complete whimp! I have recommended her to a friend in London, now she travels all the way from the city to visit Lucy for her treatments! Lucy and Bare All are fantastic and a great asset to Essex and Chelmsford! 5 stars all round!
Lucy is very welcoming and takes enormous pride in her work. The salon is very clean and boasts a relaxing, professional environment in which to have treatments. Lucy provides a dedicated and personal service both during treatments and in her aftercare. I attend the Bare All salon regularly and benefit from Lucy's flexible hours which allow me to have treatments in the evenings after work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lucy's work.

Lucy is so welcoming, professional and open that she automatically makes you feel comfortable the moment you step in her treatment room. She dedicates the appointment to listening to you and finding out any needs or requests you may have, to ensure you are satisfied with your treatment. Lucy's wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in the field is unmissable and as a result puts you instantly at ease. I do not hesitate in rebooking my appointments time and time again and would happily recommend all of Bare All's services to friends and family!
Lucy is very friendly and makes you feel at ease and relaxed . She is the ultimate professional and takes great care to provide an excellent service and puts herself out for her clients ,nothing is too much trouble.
