Barbara was so lovely! I really struggle with what to do with my skin and she made me feel so at ease. Over the years I've been to a few skin specialists for consultations but always left feeling a bit disappointed. But with Barbara I had such an opposite experience- she listened, she explained, she cared- and I'm hopeful that my skin is going to be all the better for it!
