I treated myself to a 90 minute massage, as I've been really sore since entering my third trimester. I've had a lot of massages in my life, but this was the first time I nearly fell asleep (and, given 10 more minutes, probably would have!).
Barbara was great about working on things that have bothered me, particularly general stiffness in my back and pain in my lower back. I walked out feeling incredibly relaxed, but also loose and able to move again.
