I went for a skin analysis with Barbara about 4 weeks ago where she assessed the condition of my skin and we discussed my skin issues and skin goals.
We swapped out a couple of my current products and I returned for a prescriptive dermaviduals facial. Barbara took photos at both appointments and showed me the difference in my skin in just a few short weeks before giving me a facial aimed and restoring my skin barrier and reducing my sensitivity. She has been incredibly open and honest about the fact that a damaged skin barrier can take time to heal and where I can choose to make lifestyle changes which will help if I want to.
The facial itself was a wonderful and relaxing experience - I definitely could’ve dozed off. But what I love is that it is so much more than just a facial. I am so much more aware now of what can trigger my skin, I’ve been given advice that will stay with me for the long term and I am already seeing an improvement. I’ve been battling sensitivity and irritation for years and I just wish I’d stopped buying ‘miracle’ products and just seen an expert a long time ago! 100% recommend.
