The owner here was very intrusive, loud and made terribly inappropriate comments and jokes. I was in utter chock! Jon on the other hand was lovely! He worked really hard and probably longer than the time that was set aside for my appointment but essentially the results were not what we had agreed on. He did offered to do things to make it better but I just wanted to leave and never come back because the owner made me so very uncomfortable.
