I got today to my appointment and everything was fab! I was in such a miserable mood today when I got there (I had some sleepless nights lately and was having a toothache) so I was quite an unpleasant, quiet client. Josie knew what I wanted without me even having to give her too many details. I really enjoyed my massage and oil treatment, I am very happy about my highlights and love the haircut! Worth every penny! Will go again! Diana

I was in desperate need to have my hair coloured and as we were coming into the warmer months I wanted to be blonder. Emma and I discussed what I wanted, however, the final result was lighter than I wanted. I went back a couple of days later to get it darkened, they were so understanding that it wasn't what I wanted and didn't charge me for the alterations as they understood I was completely satisfied with the end result. I now absolutely love my hair, the salon is great and all the staff really attentive. I would definitely recommend going here, great location, fab salon and fantastic staff - thank you!

Ruth really listened to what I wanted - a small trim to get rid of the unhealthy ends as I am growing my hair. I am usually nervous that the hairdresser will cut too much off, but she really did listen!
