I am normally very impressed by the haircuts I get here. But I came on a day where they were very busy just before Christmas and my hairdresser complained about not having any time to have lunch, I felt like a burden rather than a client. Because they were busy, the place was dirtier than usual with loads of hair over the floor and in the drawers still. The haircut was rushed, there were no attempts at conversation and I could tell she was in a very bad mood. I was not happy with the cut - I had asked her to take a minimal amount off as I am growing my hair out and she took a lot, which is less than ideal for short hair. Despite having had very good haircuts here in the past, I have been a bit put off. I don't think I'll go back.

I fancied a big change and had a good 6 inches chopped off! Emma was amazing, giving me a thorough consultation and making sure I was absolutely certain before I went ahead. I absolutely love the results and was so impressed by the care and effort Emma put in.
