If I could give this a zero rating I would - I booked in for a blowdry for a special event and on the day called to see if I could move the appointment and was told I could come in half an hour earlier. When I got there, my hair was washed and afterwards I was told the hairdresser wasn't actually free until the original appointment time so I had to sit there for 35minutes with wet hair waiting for her to be free. She then proceeded to use straighteners along with the hairdryer for a blowdry which left my naturally curly hair hair lank and the curls she went over with the straighteners dropped out before she'd even finished the whole blowdry. She continually told me all the way through the treatment that my hair was 'difficult' and 'unmanageable' and 'frizzy' and burned me twice with the hairdryer. I had to ask her to go over the ends again to make them curly but they still dropped out about 5minutes after leaving the salon. The overall style looked terrible, and the products used left my hair unusually frizzy with a sticky residue. There was nothing shiny or bouncy about the style and it didn't even last half an hour. I've had tens of blow drys over the years and this is the only time is hasn't held. Every other salon I've been to has left my hair feeling soft, shiny and full of movement - this one was appalling - definitely don't go there if you need your hair to look good for an event - I had to get mine redone that evening at a different salon and thankfully it was perfect. Will never be returning.

Good hairdresser, she was very kind with me, listened and guided me to find what will suit me the best. I was offered a drink and I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Very good !

I love my new hair cut and colour from Lianna. My hair didn't go as light as we hoped due to old colours underneath, but she worked out a way to make it as close to it as possible.
