The balayage wasn’t as I’d wanted. I have dark roots and light ends and wanted a more consistent shade all over. Bleach wasn’t left long enough in certain places so I’m more orange than blonde on top, and lowlights weren’t deep enough at the ends, so they are much lighter and ashier. The overall effect is still more ombré than balayage, and will need another pricey appointment to even out. I would have mentioned this at the time but I was so overtoned it took a few days to be able to tell! The staff were lovely and the haircut was fine, just a real shame about the colour.

I loved the precision and dedication that I could see was going into my haircut and blowdry. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and offered me a huge glass of incredible white wine.
