Absolute agony! I couldn’t touch my scalp for three days because it was so sore after being brushed, pulled and burnt with the hairdryer so much. Would never come back again. Hairdresser also did not listen to me and then had to redo my roots at the end, making the whole process even longer and having to wash and blow dry all over again.
