Unfortunately I had a terrible experience and possibly the worst haircut I’ve ever had. The hairdresser didn’t seem to have listened at all to what I’d asked for - my hair is now about 2 inches shorter than what I’d wanted, it was so poorly cut my hair is now uneven in length and I have huge chunks of hair missing so I have these strange and very obvious gaps. Very little care was taken when washing my hair - my clothes were quite wet when I stood up and I kept getting badly splashed throughout. I was not even asked how I wanted it styled after the cut, she merely dried it and then just asked if I wanted some shine spray. It’s quite a small space and was quite busy when I went so I felt uncomfortable to say there and then that it was so terrible and I actually didn’t think I should pay for such a bad job. Frankly I am devastated, my hair now looks absolutely dreadful and I’m having trouble of finding ways to cover up these awful gappy bits. Will never go back again, unless it was to get my full money back.

I was quite happy with the service! I was treated very nicely by the staff, offered a glass of wine and received a pretty good and neat haircut. My only gripe was that the haircut started and finished a bit later than expected.
