Hairdresser was rude and unprofessional. He took issue with the fact that I was asking questions about the products he was using and the style he was cutting my hair, and called me “fussy”. He said that I was asking “too many questions about everything”. As a new customer to the salon and to the hairdresser, it is up to the salon to ensure that they make their new customers feel comfortable - and not call them names when they ask simple questions like “what shampoo are you using in my hair”.
