As always Mel was amazing. I left feeling great and pampered. Mel is really sweet, gentle, and she is thorough! I also felt very ‘Covid-safe’ as everyone respects all the measures in place (mask, shield, lots of thorough cleaning with anti-bacterial products...). The beauty room smelled lovely as always, and I look forward to my next appointment!

Liana really took the time to discuss both what I needed and wanted - important for my much needed first post-lockdown haircut. Great attention to detail and clearly a lot of experience which was clear from how she dealt with my curly hair. Also had a great wash, head massage & cuppa from the young trainee. Good Covid-19 precautions taken in the salon including screens and use of visors, masks, hand gel and ensuring chairs are disinfected between clients. My first visit & will be going again! :)

The stylist was very nice, but unfortunately the haircut was truly not good. Unbelievably expensive for the quality. The place was also very loud for some reason.
