I came in for half-head of highlights, to refresh highlights I got about 9 months ago. When I got home, I realised that unfortunately the new highlights were not matching previous - both in terms of tones selected, and there was still a visible 'border' between previous colour and roots (despite me inquiring about additional tone/colour at the time of my appointment).
