1.Online booking for therapist Pinky but changed on the day without consulting with me whether it’s acceptable. 2. The therapist at reception was rude not responding politely and mumbled that she is busy— hence the reason for her being unpleasant. 3. Fortunately the therapist who stepped in on the day is Krystal and she is polite and highly skilled

The waiting area is a little underwhelming here, and the environment is not the best. But the actual treatment room was very nice and Pinky was fantastic! She made me feel comfortable and it certainly felt that she knew what she was doing.
