Naz really listened to my needs and as I want to try growing my flat thin Bob, she cut all the dead bits out and managed to create volume like I've never had before! Love it! Hannah-Marie coloured my hair with love and care and although I wasn't sure it was the shade I wanted, after a wash and a style, it's absolutely perfect - thank you xx
