It's the first time I had an appointment Lydia as I needed it last minute. She was great, very talkative and through ensuring that she had captured all the hairs! The weather was rubbish and I was kindly given a comfy chair, a lovely cup of coffee and a Christmas star biscuit after the treatment. All members of staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend.

I have a MANE of hair that constantly drives me nuts! Danielle found a clever way to thin it out without losing any of the body, and helped me choose a style I knew I could manage with minimal effort. I’m delighted!
