The team seemed a bit more rushed than my last visit. Appointment started a bit late. As it seemed a gentleman was taken in at my time. Because of this my eyebrows were left to develop while my nails were being done. Unfortunately this meant I left the salon with eyebrows that were different colours. Therapist did apologise and trim them a bit for me too, an extra beyond what I’d booked. And after a few days they did look the same colour. But didn’t really leave with the results I’ve had on previous visits. Nails were a good result, and team happily changed my booking to gel when I asked. Seems they might just need more support staff?
