The staff were friendly and the products used smelt nice but venue is too noisy to be suitable for a relaxing facial and the massage technique used on my head/ face was poor.

Hassna did my lash lift & tint and brow lift&tint and I loved how careful she was. She listened to what I wanted and her hands are so light and gentle, which its so important especially around the eyes. The result came out exactly how I wanted it.
