This was booked as a gift for a friend it was cold and was told as it wasn't busy there was no point in putting the heating on. I let my friend go first I had no where to sit while I waited and got colder as the time went on. I asked for heat. My friend has lost weight due to stress and her skin was commented on which I think is highly unacceptable we both have lost weight and this is something we are both self conscience about as this was a gift for her I was upset she was embarrassed.

I booked two massages for myself and my best friend who was visiting from Spain. I booked this as a treat for her. My friend went first there was no where for me to sit while waiting and it was absolutely freezing. I did ask for the heater to be put on I was later told as it was New Years Eve and not busy she didn't see the point knowing putting the heating on. By the time I had my massage then masseuse actually commented on how how cold I was and I had on plenty of layers.
