I had the Detox and Delight package and it was fantastic. Colette was very professional and knowledgeable, she explained Ayurveda and the treatments involved really well. The massage and body scrub were great and I left feeling revitalised. Definitely would recommend.

Lucy makes you feel calm and supported as soon as you walk into her room. She takes the time to understand exactly what you need and her treatment is so relaxing. I also felt afterwards that my back pain had eased and felt realigned. Will definitely be back as I realise I would benefit from this therapy more regularly.
