Welcoming, thorough, considerate, all of the above! I've had a series of massages at Neal's Yard and feel great even from the moment you walk into the shop to be greeted by warm, friendly staff who will offer you a cup of happiness tea before your treatment. The massage itself is in a peaceful room with quiet serene music, warm essential oils and (if you like to chat) Jules is great for conversation, or if you prefer peace and quiet, that also works. The massage is whatever you want it to be!
