My therapist was late to start the treatment, there was no consultation form sent ahead and then there was a lot of confusion about payment afterwards. I now have to check my bank statement to see if I have been charged twice. The treatments themselves were good but I would have liked to know what products were being used.

Emma is brilliant!! I had't had a massage before making an appointment with Emma but she put me at ease from the moment I arrived. Emma's Swedish massage is unbelievably relaxing and she is so friendly and caring. Just what I needed. Now I am a loyal customer!

I had a great time getting my colours done. I've come away with a different idea for eyeshadow application, which I've started using for a more subtle daytime look.
Would recommend to those experienced with makeup and those not so experienced.
