As soon as I walked in the door I was made to fell at the ease. I also had great advice on what to buy for my problems. I then went through to the therapy rooms which was very clean and relaxing, my Swedish massage was great and Emma told me what to expect and checked that all was ok all the we throughout my treatment. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back .

Bliss. Bridget rebalanced my shoulders! It was a fantastic massage - I felt so relaxed and all straightened out! Even taller!
My reflexology with Louise was brilliant. I walked away as if one air and with some excellent advice on what to do to keep feeling at my best.
