Had a wonderful back massage and facial with Emma at Balm. They have created a lovely calming environment within the treatment rooms and Emma's professional manner really puts you at ease. I came out relaxed and with glowing skin! Couldn't ask for more.

Lovely experience was gifted my treat for Christmas, have visited before never seem to have enough time to revisit, regret not booking when I do go, nice touch of tea before the treatment, would be nice to have it in the shop prior to treatment say 15 mins to interact with staff and really set the mood, being involved in my sons events company we go to a lot of top events where the whole package starts when you step through the door, but I’m really impressed and look forward to my next visit

Charlotte is new and it shows unfortunately. I don’t think she’s very experienced and doesn’t have a consistent firm enough pressure for a good deep tissue massage. Furthermore, she was clock watching and that came across with her communication. I’ve had a different massage therapist here before who was amazing but unfortunately has left.

Always a great experience at Balm. I’ve been going for about a year now and my skin feels so much better for it. Ali is friendly and knowledgeable, I can’t wait to book in again.
