Charlotte was friendly and welcoming. She was also very attentive to my needs (making sure she’s massaging my problem areas and that I’m comfortable throughout the treatment). Actually made my bad back feels so much better, which I rarely get from other therapist in just one treatment. 10/10 would come back again :)

The Balm treatment studio is easy to access on the ground floor. The reception area is relaxing with drinking water available and soothing music.

Loved my pregnancy massage with Nikki, I can't wait for the next one. She had simple but great techniques to still massage my back whilst not leaving me with pressure on my lower back for too long, by massaging me while I was lying on my side.

Had a lovely makeup trial, my skin is highly sensitive and I just do not get on with using foundation as it clings to my pores and just make them look awful! So, I was very happy indeed with the results of the BB foundation!
I purchased some and it went on really nicely, I just used my fingers in a circular motion and it looks great!
Thank you to the assistants in the shop, really sorry I can't remember their names!
