Denise is charming and professional in equal measure. She fits around your needs subtly and is an excellent masseuse and reflexologist. I enjoy being treated by her. I have also had massage from Julia who is equally knowledgable and helpful, skilful and good company.I thoroughly recommend them both.

Lovely atmosphere, very professional and the facial was a delight. The only thing I felt was that it was a bit too ‘salesy’ - as each product was applied I was told what it was etc and also I could buy it upstairs. Oh! And there’s 15% off did I know if I fought today . would have preferred all that at the end to really relax. It didn’t affect my treatment and is just an observation. I still think the quality was great.

Having visited previously with my wife I sort of knew what to expect - an excellent experience. However, I was pleased to receive much more than I expected in the clarity and fullness of the information about the treatment and what I would experience. I cannot fault anything about my time at Treatwell.

What a wonderful massage. I enjoyed it from start to finish. Although the room is located out the back in a quiet location I would have liked some ambient music to drown out the ticking clock, and occasionally noisy boiler.

Lovely place, great ambience, feels very professional.
My only gripe would be it’s hard to have a deep tissue massage in 30 mins - I felt I still had knots when I came out and the bed was the narrowest I’ve ever had a massage on! Was all I could do to keep my arms by my side...
But the therapist was very professional and the place is beautiful so I’ll try a longer once next time.
