The staff at NYR's are so welcoming and I cannot rate them highly enough. The treatment I had was great, I'm very happy with it and the therapist I had made me feel at ease. The only minor thing I will mention is the noise levels from a neighboring business. When I had my eyes closed during the treatment all I could hear was crashing cutlery and crockery and people talking at a high volume. I felt really bad that the therapist had to work in those conditions but despite the noise she still made me feel relaxed. I hope that NYR's can invest in some soundproofing for the treatment rooms as everything else is perfect.

I had a lovely massage. Was a lovely atmosphere and luxurious products. Was only slightly disappointed that it was all over in 50 minutes and I was expecting an hour.
