I had the Frankincense massage! It was divine! Felt like it peeled away layers of stress, opened up all of my chakras and I definitely walked out feeling open, light and energised... (and in my heart space - if you're into yoga you'll definitely get that). Loved it!
The facial massage technique was unlike any facial massage I have experienced before, another unique Neals Yard's special!
The facial products were as refreshing as ever (my skin is glowing), the message took all tension from my face and even relieved some tension in my lower back (the face neck and shoulders being so connected), I was grateful for the deep relaxation and healing benefits and for how great I have felt for days afterwards!! (For me, the ambience and massage made for a great meditative experience - as well as the deep relaxation you get from a brilliant facial)!
Jewles (the therapist) was heaven as always, and we had a beautiful chat beforehand to see where I was at. She creates the most zen and relaxing experience with her beautiful energy. I would recommend this treatment to everyone. Such a treat!
