I had a great massage and it was a lovely experience, my therapist took care to ask me what I wanted and gave me the confidence to feed back to her if anything didn't feel right. The room was very clean and there was relaxing music, but I think more care could be taken with the room, there was a boiler in the room which made noises and I think some simple things could be done to add to the ambiance. After the massage it would have been nice to enjoy some peaceful moments either in the room or in the foyer of the treatment centre, but I felt a bit rushed to get dressed and get into the shop to pay for my massage.
