I had a therapist for an Indian Head Massage and I had to stop the treatment halfway through as she was using her phone during the treatment. Management have called me to apologise and after firstly offering a £10 voucher which I declined, they have given me a complimentary massage with another therapist, who I have had before and is wonderful. A shame as I have used Neal's Yard before for treatment and it was great. I wouldn't recommend the original therapist to anyone.

My Son payed for me to have Hopi candles because i was having the most awful problems with my hearing.Had my ears syringed at the Doctors, signed to say they could go ahead. It hurt! I went back to the GP who told me there was no wax in my ears! Neals Yard was my last stop before going for hearing aides. I saw a beautiful lady called Louise Bryan who calmed me and told me it would not hurt! Most amazing experience, she did both ears and now i can hear so much better. Thank you Louise xxx

Not met by anyone in waiting area - kept waiting a while and then spare room - massage was nice but did feel a special treat like I expected - no mention of products used for example
